These terms apply to your use of the Aura mobile app and this website, operated by Aura Wellness ("Aura", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Aura.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.

Wellness, not medical advice

Aura offers sounds, frequencies, breathing exercises, meditations and an Aura Scan for relaxation and self-reflection. Aura is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Aura Scan results are for entertainment and reflection only. Talk to a qualified professional about any health concern. Stop a breathing exercise if you feel dizzy or unwell.

Premium subscriptions

• Some content needs a Premium plan. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. A lifetime plan is a single payment.
• Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google, and their refund rules apply. You can cancel in your store account settings.
• Purchases made by card are processed by Stripe. Deleting your account stops future renewals.
• Cancelling keeps Premium active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, including by trying to access other people's accounts, interfering with our servers, copying or redistributing our content, or using the app for anything unlawful.

Content and ownership

The app, its design and its audio and written content belong to Aura or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the app for your own non-commercial use.

Changes and availability

We may update, add or remove features and content. We try to keep Aura available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Ending your use

You can stop using Aura and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

Aura is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are important we will update this page and tell you in the app.
