Delete your Aura account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Aura and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Can't open the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Aura account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, password and profile photo.
• Your activity: sessions, stats, streaks, favourites, mood check-ins and reminders.
• Your Aura Scan history.
• Your sign-in links to Google, Apple or Facebook.

What we may keep

Records of payments may be kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They are not used for anything else.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account stops renewals of a card subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, also cancel in your store account settings so Apple or Google stop charging you.
